Separate Email Templates for Badges

Overview

WashOS is introducing separate email templates for Welcome Badge and Badge notifications, allowing enrollment-triggered welcome badge emails to be customized independently from other badge-related emails.

Key Highlights:

• A new Welcome Badge Issued notification type, distinct from the standard Badge Issued type
• Dedicated email template support for welcome badge emails within WashOS Client Portal email settings

Getting Started:

• Navigate to Client Portal → Email Settings inside WashOS
• Locate the Welcome Badge Issued option alongside Badge Issued and Certificate Issued
• Customize the welcome badge email template and adjust mute settings to fit your needs
• Any enrollment-triggered welcome badges will automatically route through the Welcome Badge Issued template
